Sponsoring the B-School Beanpot Competition is a great way to recruit Boston’s top
undergraduate business students, while at the same time giving back to the Boston community.
Benefits of Sponsoring
Levels of Beanpot Sponsorship
Listed below
are the four levels of sponsorship offered by the B-School Beanpot Organization. Whatever your company’s
desire, there is a sponsorship level to fit your needs.
Lead Sponsor - $5000 (please note only one (1) Lead Sponsorship is available)
The Lead Sponsorship is an all-encompassing package that includes every benefit of sponsorship. The Lead Sponsorship entitles your company to be the official title sponsor of the B-School Beanpot Competition and the Pre-Event. The Lead Sponsorship includes all the benefits of “Platinum Sponsorship” plus the following:
- The official title sponsor of the B-School Beanpot Organization. The title will be “The B-School Beanpot Competition presented by ‘your company name’”
- Rights to advertise as official lead sponsor of the B-School Beanpot Competition
- Full sponsorship of Pre-Event, a recruiting event held one week before the competition in which competitors get to network with event sponsors and other competitors*
- Display banner with company logo the day of the event at check-in
- Opportunity for a representative from your company to give a keynote address for competition
Platinum Sponsor - $2,500
The Platinum Sponsorship comes with the right to display your banner in our lobby and auditorium, and permits your company to send a guest speaker to give a speech. The Platinum Sponsorship includes all the benefits of “Gold Sponsorship” plus the following:
- Display banner with company logo in lobby of Boston University School of Management
- Opportunity for representative from your company to speak at the event
- Recognition in all B-School Beanpot promotional materials (including ads in Boston Business Journal)
Gold Sponsor - $2,000
The Gold Sponsorship entitles your company to receive a resume book with all the competitors’ resumes, and includes a position at our Pre-Event for recruiting activities. The Gold Sponsor chip includes all the benefits of “Individual Sponsorship” plus the following:
- Company logo on the official B-School Beanpot t-shirt
- Recognition on stage throughout the day of the event
- Station at pre-event for company recruiting purposes*
- Complete résumé book of all competitors and BSBO members
- Rights to advertise as an official sponsor of the B-School Beanpot Competition
Individual Sponsor
The Individual Sponsorship includes recognition in the event program, and all pre-event materials. Included below is a complete list of all the benefits for each level of sponsorship.

- Recognition in the event program
- Recognition in all pre-event material*
- Recognition on BSBO website
- With any sponsorship of $500 or more, printed company name on back of the official B-School Beanpot t-shirt
* The Pre-Event is contingent upon the presence of a lead-sponsor.
* Please note the BSBO is also looking for non-monetary donations of goods and services.
