The B-School Beanpot Organization currently consists of seventeen Boston University School of Management undergraduate students. The Organization works year-round preparing for the competition, securing sponsorships, and coordinating the parties involved. It is the culmination of the talent, effort, and dedication of the members of the Organization that has made the B-School Beanpot Case Analysis Competition a Boston tradition.

Below are the biographies of the members of this year's B-School Beanpot Organization.

 

Cole Bramley
Project Manager

Cole Bramley is a senior in the School of Management, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, and a minor in Environmental Policy. He has been a member of the B-School Beanpot Organization since sophomore year and is now serving as a project manager for the 2008 B-School Beanpot Competition. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, running, and skiing.

 

 

Ashish Nathu
Project Manager

Ashish Nathu is a senior in the School of Management and is concentrating in Finance and Accounting. He has been involved in Beanpot since his sophomore year and is a project manager for this year's B-School Beanpot Competition. In his spare time, Ashish enjoys running, snowboading, and building sand castles.

 

 

Elizabeth Baker
Marketing/Sponsorship

Elizabeth Baker is a senior at Boston University’s School of Management and concentrates in marketing. She is also a member of the LOCK tutoring honor society as well as the American Marketing Association. Following college, she hopes to work at an advertising agency and one day open her own bakery.

 

Farah Baxter
Logistics

Farah Baxter is a senior at Boston University’s School of Management. She intends to concentrate in Marketing and International Management. She spent summer 2006 studying and interning in Paris, France and spent spring 2007 studying abroad in Sydney, Australia. This is her fourth year with the B-School Beanpot.

 

 

Colin Gibbs
Schools

Colin Gibbs is a junior in the School of Management and plans to concentrate in finance. He is also studying computer science in the College of Arts and Sciences. This is Colin’s third year with the Beanpot. After college, he wants to work in the financial services industry.

 

 

Andrew Gold
Sponsorship

Andrew Gold is a senior at Boston University's School of Management. He currently majors in finance and accounting and is interested in building his own businesses one day. In the past he has served Beanpot as a project manager and a logistics coordinator.

 

 

Shavata Gupta
Sponsorship

Shavata Gupta is currently a senior in the School of Management, concentrating in finance and accounting. This year marks her second with the organization, where she is involved with the B-School Beanpot’s sponsorship initiative. After graduation, she hopes to work in the financial industry.

 

Zia Heller
Sponsorship

Zia Heller is from New Orleans, LA and currently studies Finance and Economics at Boston University. She has had work experience in the film industry, banking, and asset management (hedge fund experience). She is also on the Executive Board of Boston University's Finance and Investment Club. In her spare time she enjoys volunteer work, especially volunteer opportunities related to working with children or tutoring. Zia plans to work and live abroad once she graduates from Boston University.

 

Jason Kahn
Marketing/Creative

Jason Kahn is a sophomore in the School of Management, planning to double-concentrate in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and minor in Computer Science. He is originally from Atlanta. This year is Jason’s third with the Beanpot. He is also involved with the Boston University National Student Advertising Competition team.

 

 

Jacqueline Motyl
Marketing/Creative

Jacqueline is a sophomore in SMG who plans to concentrate in Business Law and to someday attend law school. In high school she was the editor of the yearbook staff and the captain of the varsity dance team.

She enjoys event planning, which is what orignially drew her to the B-School Beanpot Committee. This is Jacqueline's first year as a member. She is part of the Sponsorship Committee.

 

 

Kyle Murakami
Logistics

Kyle Murakami is a Sophomore in SMG and plans to concentrate in Marketing and Business Law. This is his first year as a member of the B-School Beanpot Organization and is a part of the logistics committee. He is also involved with Highrock Church, Asian American Christian Fellowship, BU Resolve Uganda, and the BU American Marketing Association. In his spare time, he enjoys running, playing guitar, and just spending time with friends.

 

 

Brenna Pasmore
Marketing

Brenna Pasmore is currently a sophomore in the School of Management from New York City. She plans to study either marketing or international management. This is her second year with B-School Beanpot where she works on the public relations committee. She is also involved in the fashion and retail association, the American marketing association, and the Boston University Snowboard Team.

 

Taylor Riley

Taylor is a freshman in the School of Management planning a concentration in organizational behavior. She is also involved in the SMG Student Government where she is the freshmen class president. Taylor is excited for her first year with the B-School Beanpot as a member of the sponsorship committee.

 

 

Kim Schumann
Logistics

Kim Schumann is currently a Junior in the School of Management and interested in majoring in Accounting or International Management. She has also declared a minor in Italian Language and Culture. This is her second year in the B-School Beanpot Organization. Kim is also involved in the Fashion and Retail Association and is a Resident Assistant.

 

Anuj Shelat
Sponsorship

Anuj Shelat is a senior at Boston University's School of Management. This is his second year with the B-School Beanpot Organization. He plans to concentrate in Accounting and Finance and hopes to pursue a career in public accounting. In the spare time, he enjoys reading and playing music.

 

Jana M. Sico
Sponsorship

Jana M. Sico currently attends the College of Arts and Sciences. She graduates in May with two Bachelors of Arts, History and International Relations. Jana is interested in the capital markets, structured finance, and corporate law and plans on a career in finance. This is her first year in the B-School Beanpot Organization.

 

Janice Tsang
Sponsorship

Janice Tsang is a sophomore in the School of Management and plans to concentrate in Operations and International Management. She is also interested in Japanese Language and Literature and plans to study abroad in Japan her junior year. This is her first year involved with the B-School Beanpot Organization.

 

Evelyn Yip
Logistics

Evy is currently a senior in the School of Management. This is her third year with B-School Beanpot. She has previously worked on the sponsorship initiative and is currently a logistics coordinator. She concentrates in Accounting and Finance and plans to pursue a career in public accounting.
